TripTribe is a platform that allows users to:

• Create and share trip plans and meetups
• Discover and join trips created by other users
• Connect with fellow travelers based on location and preferences

TripTribe does not verify user identities. Users are responsible for:

• Verifying the identity of other users they interact with
• Conducting their own due diligence before joining trips
• Meeting in public places and taking appropriate safety precautions

5. Payments and Financial Transactions

TripTribe is not a payment processor. All financial transactions between users are conducted independently. TripTribe:

• Does not facilitate or process payments
• Is not responsible for any payment disputes
• Recommends using secure payment methods and verifying trip details before making payments

6. Limitation of Liability

TripTribe is a platform for connecting travelers. We are not responsible for:

• The safety, conduct, or actions of users
• The accuracy of trip information posted by users
• Any disputes, injuries, or damages arising from trips or meetups
• Lost or stolen property
• Financial losses or payment disputes

7. User Content

By posting content on TripTribe, you:

• Grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the App
• Confirm that you own or have the right to post the content
• Agree not to post offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior
• Receive multiple user reports

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
